The fourth edition of the “Empty Bowls” will take place this year on May 14 at the Connaught Park of the Country Club as for the three previous editions.
THE BOWLS ARE MADE HERE AT THE VILLE MONT-ROYAL CERAMIC STUDIO.. PHOTO STATION MONT-ROYAL ARCHIVES Unfortunately the Covid did not make the 2020 meeting possible, but the needs of food banks are even more pressing this year. The public is invited to share a delicious soup made by volunteers in a superb bowl made right here at the Ville Mont-Royal ceramic studio. A golden opportunity to meet up with friends and encourage local craftsmanship. Each bowl will be sold for $25 ($10 for children). The total amount will be donated to the Côte-des-Neiges and Ville St-Laurent food banks.
As the craft fair has not taken place for 2 years, the ceramic artisans will take the opportunity to display some of their pieces on the terrace at the front of the Country Club.
